Britt festivaL

As a photographer for the Britt Festival in Jacksonville, Oregon; I get to photograph some of my favorite bands every summer, in a beautiful venue, and enjoy the incredible Southern Oregon weather. Every year the Britt staff curate an incredibly cool lineup of artists, and I’ve been lucky enough to have a front row seat for some of the best shows I have ever seen. I shot Father John Misty, who had the entire crowd hanging on every song, trance like. I have never seen one person control a crowd through confidence, until that night. I have been able to shoot some of the bands whose music really means the world to me. Bands like The Avett Brothers, Deer Tick, The Head and The Heart, and so many other amazing artists. I feel truly lucky to have the opportunity.
